Job Summary
Motivated Team Member to join Long John Silver’s team and deliver outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, accurately taking orders and processing payments, preparing orders to guests’ specifications with high quality products, resolving guest concerns using BAM!, maintaining stocked service areas and clean dining environment, ensuring food safety and proper handling of ingredients, following preparation procedures, delivering bell-ringing quality service and a welcoming atmosphere, and contributing to a positive, high-energy team environment in a fast-paced restaurant. Must be 16+ with reliable transportation, be able to work rotating shifts, uphold PIRATE values, and bring an upbeat attitude and strong customer-service focus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work rotating shifts

- Regularly stand and walk; may lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Intermittent travel may be required for training, regional support, etc.
