Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. Responsibilities include taking and completing orders accurately, processing payments and giving correct change, staying informed on products and current promotions, restocking to ensure freshness, and upholding a professional appearance and uniform standards. The role emphasizes a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere with a strong focus on inclusivity and equitable treatment of guests. Entry level with no prior experience required; open availability and flexibility to work any shift are needed. Travel is minimal (0-10%). Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
