Job Summary
Maintain good relationships with the team and balance workload across all areas, including Front of House, Kitchen, and delivery. Serve customers efficiently, politely, and quickly while responding to their needs and busting queues through speed of service. Create delicious food and drink according to Pret standards in an efficient, safe environment, ensuring stock is rotated correctly. Adhere to all health and safety standards, reporting any concerns immediately to management. Complete all required training in Hot Chef and Barista roles to act as a role model for the team. Adhere to financial standards on tills and maintain high bench productivity.
Required Qualifications
- good knowledge of Pret standards in all areas of the shop
- completed the training in Hot Chef and Barista roles
- complete all training
- adhere to all aspects of kitchen health & safety and food safety in accordance with Pret standards
- complete and pass all TM and TM training in a timely manner
Desired Qualifications
- act as a role model to other TMs demonstrating good Pret knowledge
- consistently have high performance in till speed and accuracy
- consistently have high performance in bench productivity while maintaining good MTS quality
