Job Summary
You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes guests and helps keep service running smoothly. Responsibilities include greeting guests with energy, answering questions, knowing the menu inside out, and assisting guests with digital ordering via kiosks or the app. You’ll help guests customize orders, promote current promos, monitor crowd flow to reduce wait times, and handle complaints by staying calm and looping in a Team Leader or GM when needed. Must be able to explain how digital ordering works, troubleshoot simple issues, and work with the team to raise the bar for great service. Strong communication, the ability to think fast, and tech savviness with digital ordering tools are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Willingness to learn menu and digital ordering tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
