Job Summary
Team Member at Smoothie King: act as a brand ambassador focused on helping guests meet fitness and nutrition goals by guiding smoothie and retail product choices. Responsibilities include blending smoothies, ensuring guest satisfaction, greeting and engaging guests, prepping fruits/vegetables/frozen items/powders/liquids, performing opening and/or closing duties, completing store checklist tasks, showing up on time, and living the culture and mission of Smoothie King. Must be energetic with strong interpersonal and customer service skills; food service experience is preferred but not required, with a guest-first attitude and the ability to connect with guests.
