Job Summary
Greet guests, execute customer transactions, and assemble orders while maintaining accurate cash drawer controls. Prepare products and treats following health and safety standards, operate equipment safely, and complete assigned prep work for stocking and setup. Keep the entire work area clean and sanitary by washing counters, tables, and restrooms, sweeping, mopping, and removing trash. Communicate clearly with co-workers to ensure correct orders are served and inform immediate supervisors promptly of any problems or unusual matters. Perform other duties as requested by management or shift leaders. Minimum age 16; able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform under pressure in a high-volume environment.
