Job Summary
Deliver a WOW guest experience by consistently providing quality food, excellent service, and a clean restaurant environment for Jack in the Box guests. Responsibilities include ensuring timely, quality, and accurate orders; handling guest complaints using the CARE model (courtesy, apology, resolution, extra effort); interacting effectively with diverse groups; maintaining attendance and punctuality; training new employees and assisting with team collaboration; maintaining cleanliness and adherence to uniform/grooming standards; following JIB procedures; operating a cash register and monitoring video displays; and thriving in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
