Job Summary
Deliver a "WOW" guest experience by consistently providing quality food, excellent service, and a clean restaurant environment. Model a "guest comes first" attitude with a genuine smile, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of all orders while handling complaints using the C A R E model. Interact effectively with diverse groups, maintain personal and uniform cleanliness, and uphold JIB procedures and standards in all workstation activities. Assist in training new employees as assigned and demonstrate flexibility to meet restaurant scheduling needs. Requires the ability to stand 90%-95% of a shift, lift 10-65 lbs, and operate a cash register in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to take guests' orders, operate a cash register, and read video monitors
