Job Summary
Deliver a WOW guest experience by providing quality food, excellent service, and a clean restaurant environment for Jack in the Box guests. Responsibilities include ensuring timely, high-quality, accurate orders; handling guest complaints using the CARE model (courtesy, apology, resolution, extra effort); interacting effectively with diverse groups; maintaining personal and uniform cleanliness; helping train new employees; following JIB procedures and standards; maintaining attendance and punctuality; and adapting to restaurant scheduling needs. Required skills include standing/walking most of the shift, lifting 10–65 lbs, taking orders and operating a cash register, reading video monitors, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90%-95% of shift.
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs.
- Ability to take guests’ orders, operate a cash register, and read video monitors.
- Ability and desire to work in a very fast-paced environment.
