Job Summary
Warehouse Team Member I responsibilities include accurately processing system and manual transactions in the distribution center (receiving, transfer, pick, pack, ship) using RF barcode scanning devices and various warehouse equipment (electric and manual pallet jacks, stand-up and sit-down forklifts), maintaining batteries (load/unload, restock, charge, test, date, and rewrap), and ensuring a safe, clean warehouse with accurate reporting and claims. The role requires operating a forklift with current certification, tagging pallets, performing general warehousing duties, and adapting to multiple tasks with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail. A high school diploma is required and no experience is necessary; prior warehouse experience with RF equipment, forklifts, pallet jacks, and related systems is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally, work with PPE, and thrive in a team environment with professional communication across departments.
