Job Summary
Receive material from vendors, count and record items, and enter data into computer systems to ensure accuracy. Pull or stock materials using Radio Frequency (RF) scanning, weigh products, and prepare labels for shipment. Perform cycle counts and inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and compose correspondence to support accurate inventory management. Follow safety regulations and warehouse work instructions while meeting productivity standards for on-time delivery and customer acceptance. Utilize pallet jacks and carrier shipping systems to move and ship customized orders expeditiously.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to be alert and aware of warehouse safety issues and safeguards
- Ability to work well within a team environment and independently, as needed
- Ability to be detailed oriented and perform basic research, if required
- Ability to learn and gain knowledge of the integrated database systems, including Outlook
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity
- Ability to prove compliance with ITAR requirements
- Ability to meet FAR requirements for security clearance, where applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years general warehousing, inventory control, and/or shipping experience
