Job Summary
Team Member role supporting daily store operations in Imlay City, MI. Responsibilities include stocking, back stock organization, product recovery, operating the cash register, processing special orders, signing and adjusting signage/pricing, assisting with customer inquiries, encouraging participation in loyalty programs and financing options, and upholding store cleanliness and safety. Requires flexible scheduling (including weekends/evenings/holidays), ability to stand for extended periods, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Office equipment and merchandizing tasks around the sales floor are part of the day-to-day duties; forklift/pallet jack may be used as needed. In-person, hourly, part-time position with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and supporting store management directives.
