Job Summary
Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent customer service in a restaurant setting. Ensure the timeliness, quality, and accuracy of orders at the drive-through window. Use the Point of Sale system to enter orders and deliver food with courtesy and care. Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment during downtime.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90%-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-25 lbs
- Ability to take guests' orders, operate a cash register, and read video monitors
- Ability and desire to work in a very fast-paced environment
