Job Summary
Team Member (Part-Time) supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes and helps maintain a selling culture by adhering to company standards designed to drive sales. Responsibilities include enthusiastic, urgent execution of directives; providing customer-focused service; performing cashier/front-end duties; processing freight and stocking; store recovery, housekeeping, and merchandising tasks; contributing to safety and loss prevention; and completing daily/weekly workload efficiently. Requires open availability, 18+ years old, High School Diploma/Equivalent, ability to lift 50 lbs (or 100 lbs with a team), and flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and some holidays. Part-time with benefits such as 401(k) with employer match, dental/vision/life, and store discount. Location: Aurora, IL, United States.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Communicates clearly with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times
- The ability to work effectively independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.
- Reliable and trustworthy behavior in all situations
