Job Summary
Team Member (Part-Time) supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes in a warehouse-format store, ensuring adherence to company standards and contributing to a positive selling culture. Handles cashier/front-end duties with accurate transactions, processes freight and stocking, performs store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping, and actively participates in customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention. Requires enthusiasm for vigorous lifting, ability to lift up to 50 lbs (or 100 lbs with a team), open availability, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays. Emphasizes clear communication, attention to detail, and reliable teamwork to operate efficiently and profitably.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to bend, climb, and reach
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Team-oriented with ability to work independently
