Job Summary
The Team Member role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes, and ensures compliance with company standards aimed at driving sales. Responsibilities include maintaining a positive attitude, providing excellent customer service, performing cashier duties accurately, unloading and stocking freight, completing daily workloads efficiently, and contributing to areas such as customer satisfaction and inventory control. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess strong communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
- Reliable and trustworthy with ethical and honest behavior
- Flexible and creative with an ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business
