Maintain all restaurant areas, keeping them squeaky clean, stocked, and presentable while adhering to company standards for personal hygiene and appearance. Greet every guest, provide service, and take orders to deliver them, removing trash and offering drink refills as needed. Process customer payments and check on guests to resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Prepare food items in cooperation with kitchen staff, cooking burgers and assisting with maintenance and food safety of the assigned station. Set up stations, stock supplies, and manage inventory to maintain food cost standards through portion control and effective ordering. Ensure compliance with all local and state food safety requirements while supporting community-related events and festivals.
