Job Summary
Retail Team Member role supporting daily store operations at Family Farm and Home. Responsibilities include assisting customers, stocking and recovering merchandise, operating the point-of-sale system, processing special orders, participating in merchandising and signage setup, supporting promotions and financing inquiries, and contributing to store cleanliness and safety. Requires flexible availability including weekends/evenings/holidays, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and basic computer skills to handle customer interactions and store tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer systems knowledge
- Willingness to operate POS and cash handling processes
- Ability to assist with stocking, merchandising, and store signage
- Comfort with completing daily operational standards and store audits
