Job Summary
Guest Experience Team Member responsible for front-line guest services at Calgary’s WinSport venue, handling admissions, transactions, rentals, and guest inquiries with a focus on safety, accuracy, and proactive guest care. You’ll manage cash and POS transactions, registrations, waivers, and equipment rentals (skis, snowboards, mountain bikes), while communicating program details, events, and memberships. You’ll ensure a welcoming environment, educate guests on equipment usage and safety protocols, resolve inquiries with professionalism, and assist with guest flow and coverage during busy periods. The role emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and contributing to a positive guest experience aligned with WinSport’s values (Safety, Integrity, Belonging, Collaboration, Inspiration, Sustainability). You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, indoors and outdoors, with variable hours across seasons. ProServe certification and a current criminal record check are required.
