Greet customers warmly, process orders efficiently, and produce hot food, baked goods, and beverages throughout the day. Replenish displays to ensure maximum product availability, maintain a clean and tidy workspace, and resolve customer enquiries with a centric mindset. Prepare the store and kitchen for the following day's trade while collaborating with colleagues to uphold brand standards and deliver a memorable customer experience. Shifts run 21 to 28 hours weekly between 4am and 8pm. This role contributes to transforming the UK's rest stop experience at Burton Services.
