Job Summary
Execute all customer service operations, ensuring prepared products meet restaurant standards. Greet guests, initiate transactions, and assemble orders while maintaining an accurate cash drawer. Keep the work area clean and sanitary, washing counters and tables, and perform end-of-day cleaning. Prepare products following health and safety guidelines and operate food equipment safely. Stock products with proper rotation and complete assigned prep work for set-up. Inform the supervisor promptly of any problems or unusual matters. Perform other duties as requested by management or shift leaders. Minimum age 16 required; ability to stand long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
