Job Summary
Team Member responsibilities include processing donated goods and running the cash register to meet the store’s daily goals, assisting customers and donors, maintaining inventory and shop cleanliness, handling receipts and returns, processing donations, loading/unloading donated items, sanitizing items as required by state law, preparing bins for shipment, operating a pallet jack if applicable, clocking in/out in UKG, and maintaining a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and longer hours as needed. The role involves customer interactions, accurate cash handling, and physical duties such as lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged walking/standing.
