Team Member

Team Member responsible for processing donated goods and operating the cash register to meet daily store goals; duties include assisting customers and donors, handling receipts and returns, maintaining inventory, keeping a clean and safe environment, and assisting with loading/unloading donated items. Role requires accurate cash register procedures, use of UKG systems for timekeeping, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and possibly long hours, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repeated walking, bending, and standing. Additional duties may include preparing bins for shipment and operating a pallet jack as needed, with compliance to state sanitation requirements and general miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
