Job Summary
Greet and thank donors while sorting incoming donations to keep the production area organized. Price donations according to guidelines to maximize funds for the mission and maintain efficient flow. Organize the sales floor to help customers find items and answer questions about Goodwill or donations. Build relationships with customers, accurately ring up transactions, and explain how purchases support employment. Maintain an efficient flow of donations and ensure a smooth customer service experience on the sales floor.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer service mindset.
- Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards when interacting with donors.
Desired Qualifications
- One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred.
