Job Summary
Greet donors, sort incoming donations, and maintain an organized production area to support the sales floor. Organize the sales floor, answer customer questions, and provide outstanding service to help shoppers find items. Accurately ring up sales transactions, build customer relationships, and explain how purchases support the mission. Achieve pricing goals by strategically pricing donations according to guidelines to maximize funds for the organization. Maintain an efficient flow of donations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer service mindset.
- Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards when interacting with donors.
Desired Qualifications
- One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred.
