Job Summary
Welcome and greet guests, take and prepare customer orders at the front counter or drive-thru, and deliver meals while maintaining cleanliness in the dining room. Alternatively, prepare and cook food in the kitchen, ensuring quality and accuracy of orders while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards. Multitask quickly, communicate effectively with guests and team members, and adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code. Perform duties requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. This role offers premium pay for kitchen staff and closing shifts, with flexible scheduling including Friday and Saturday availability. Full-time employees receive competitive hourly pay, health insurance, 401K matching, and free meals every shift.
