Job Summary
Team Member responsibilities include delivering an exceptional dining experience with signature Chick-fil-A service and food, serving guests, and supporting both Service and Kitchen teams. The role offers flexible scheduling (and Sundays closed), growth and development opportunities, scholarship options, and competitive pay. Candidates should be reliable, cheerful, customer-service oriented, able to multitask, work well both independently and in a team, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for long periods. Training is provided by experienced Operators and Leaders at local Chick-fil-A restaurants operated by independent franchised Operators.
