Job Summary
Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and genuine hospitality while taking orders, explaining menu items, and responding quickly to changes. Prepare, cook, assemble, wrap, and package food while maintaining food safety, quality, and speed-of-service standards. Resolve guest concerns properly and promptly, monitor product hold times, and maintain inventory and equipment responsibly. Keep the restaurant clean, sanitary, and safe, including floors, equipment, restrooms, and work areas. Support team efforts and strengthen community relationships by working together and representing Chick-fil-A Sunridge positively. Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality while demonstrating knowledge of our brand, products, promotions, and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
- Basic communication skills required
- Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
- Mobility required during shifts
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
