Job Summary
Greet customers, process transactions, and manage daily store operations including stocking, cleaning, and maintaining sales floor displays. Utilize Farm Hand, POS, and Harvester systems to handle communications, complete online orders, and execute promotional signage changes. Assist with freight recovery, assemble fixtures, and ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention protocols. Operate forklift or pallet jack equipment as needed. Work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays, standing for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs. Maintain organizational skills and clear communication to support store audits and achieve passing scores.
