Job Summary
Greet customers, exceed expectations through long-lasting first impressions, and pitch membership packages by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash options. Educate clients on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club, actively ensure 100% satisfaction pre/post wash, and maintain quality assurance via accurate checks. Comply with all safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and required safety equipment while operating basic retail equipment like the POS. Address customer escalations calmly and perform other related duties as assigned in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to take direction
- Professional appearance
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment
