Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments using the cash register. Prepare and serve food and beverages while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Assist with food prep, including assembling sandwiches, chopping ingredients, and brewing coffee. Resolve customer concerns promptly and follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Restock supplies and perform light to moderate lifting up to 35 lbs. for inventory tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service. Obtain TIPS certification within 30 days of hire.
