Job Summary
Assist the Team Leader in completing landscape renovation projects including retaining walls, planting beds, sod installation, and patio repairs. Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and debris safely while operating hand tools and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines. Maintain a professional image on client sites, ensure assigned tasks meet quality standards, and keep the truck, trailer, and job site clean and organized. Communicate progress and material needs to the Team Leader and participate in hands-on training to develop installation skills. Requires a valid Michigan Driver's License, ability to lift heavy materials, and flexibility for extended outdoor hours.

- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift, and work on uneven terrain for extended periods
- Must possess and maintain a valid Michigan Driver's License
- Willingness to obtain CDL Class C within the first year of employment
