Job Summary
Team Member Engineering – Instrumentation responsible for the reliable operation, calibration, troubleshooting, and automation support for equipment-related instrumentation across pharma manufacturing sites. Key duties include managing field instruments (RMG, FBD, blenders, tablet press, coaters, encapsulation systems, derma mixers, sensors, checkweighers), supporting PLC/SCADA/HMI systems and change-control-enabled logic, ensuring 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity compliance, calibration management with traceability records, root cause analysis for instrumentation issues, preventive and predictive maintenance, and collaboration with QA, QC, and engineering for audits and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes adherence to cGMP, ALCOA+, validated documentation, and safety practices (LOTO, PPE) with opportunities for relocation support and career development within a global manufacturing organization.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering with instrumentation exposure
- Certification in PLC / SCADA / Automation is an added advantage
- 6-12 years of experience in equipment instrumentation and automation in a pharma manufacturing site
- Hands-on with field instruments, PLC/SCADA systems, GMP documentation
- Experience in regulated environments (US-FDA, EU-GMP, WHO-GMP) preferred
