Greet guests, educate them on concession items and movie details, and process cash and credit card transactions to ensure efficient payments. Monitor the theater environment, enforce the Code of Conduct, and maintain food and beverage quality while operating kitchen equipment like pizza ovens and fryers. Keep restrooms, lobbies, and auditoriums clean and welcoming, and promote rewards programs to enhance the guest experience. This role supports all theater operations including guest service, concessions, and facility cleanliness. The position requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds in a loud environment.
