Job Summary
Greet guests, educate them on concession items and movie details, and process cash and credit card transactions accurately. Monitor and maintain food quality, kitchen equipment, and theater cleanliness including restrooms and lobbies. Promote rewards programs and products while enforcing the Code of Conduct to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. Work in a loud environment requiring frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service that anticipates guest needs and supports all theater operations.
