Job Summary
Greet guests, educate them on concession items and movie details, and process cash and credit card transactions to ensure efficient payments. Monitor theater environments, enforce the Code of Conduct, and maintain food and beverage quality while operating kitchen equipment like pizza ovens and fryers. Keep restrooms, lobbies, and auditoriums clean and organized to provide a welcoming experience. Promote rewards programs and products to enhance the guest experience. This role supports all theater operations including guest service, concessions, and facility cleanliness.
