Job Summary
Team Member at Caribou Coffee responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, crafting beverages to Caribou standards, handling cash, and maintaining a well-run store. Responsibilities include developing guest relationships, actively listening, anticipating needs, recommending products, preparing drinks and food items, taking orders, managing the cash drawer, maintaining cleanliness and organization, prioritizing guest and team needs, and embodying Caribou’s Core Values (Support One Another, Make Fun Happen, Be Yourself, Take Ownership, Serve With Love). The role requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Preferred: Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience
- Physical requirements: seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours
