Job Summary
Welcomes guests and promotes a positive guest experience as a Brand Ambassador for Einstein Bros. Bagels. Responsible for ensuring the quality of food and beverages, maintaining a safe and clean store environment, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting. The role supports growth within the company, with opportunities to advance from Team Member to leadership positions. The position emphasizes work-life balance with a flexible schedule and early hours, and may involve varied hours including weekends. Must be at least 16 years old and able to multi-task in a team-oriented environment; prior restaurant/retail/guest service experience is a plus but not required.
