Job Summary
Provide incredible guest service by building relationships, actively listening, anticipating guest needs, and making knowledgeable beverage and food recommendations. Prepare and serve Caribou beverages and food per standard operating procedures, manage guest orders and cash handling, and maintain a clean, organized store. Be flexible to float between barista and guest service roles, take direction from leaders, and embody Caribou Core Values (Support One Another, Make Fun Happen, Be Yourself, Take Ownership, Serve With Love).
