Greet guests immediately with a friendly welcome and assist each guest at the register while handling all transactions ethically. Maintain complete knowledge of food and beverage items, prices, and availability to ensure excellent service. Assemble and check every plate for quality and presentation, running all hot and cold food. Prepare the service line by properly portioning items following approved recipes, specifications, and timing standards. This role requires standing or walking 100% of the time, with occasional lifting up to 40 lbs and frequent lifting up to 20 lbs.
