Process sales through the POS/register, handle payment transactions, and follow secure cash handling procedures while maintaining strict adherence to safe food handling and sanitation procedures. Scan and interpret order tickets, skillfully sauce and garnish wings and strips, prepare side items, and maintain kitchen cleanliness throughout the shift. Assist with restaurant opening and closing responsibilities, keep dining areas and bathrooms clean, cross-train in various positions, and provide assistance to other team members as directed by supervisors.
