Job Summary
Execute all customer service operations, ensuring prepared products meet restaurant standards of quality and excellence. Greet guests, initiate transactions, and deliver orders quickly while maintaining an accurate cash drawer. Keep the entire work area clean and sanitary, washing counters, tables, and restrooms throughout the shift. Prepare products following health and safety guidelines, operate equipment safely, and stock products with proper rotation. Perform assigned prep work for stocking and set up, assist with end-of-day cleaning, and inform the supervisor promptly of any problems. Work as a team member to assure consistent quality, service, and value to each customer.
Required Qualifications
- 16+ years old
- excellent customer service skills
- strong verbal communications skills
- ability to perform under pressure in a high volume restaurant
- ability to move and respond quickly for long periods of time
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs
