Job Summary
Greet guests, take orders, answer menu questions, and serve food with enthusiasm while following recipes and safety standards. Prep and serve menu items side-by-side with your crew, safely operating kitchen equipment like fryers and warmers. Maintain a clean environment by cleaning tables, floors, kitchen equipment, utensils, and restrooms. Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally, ensuring the restaurant stays fresh and fired up. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to reliability and strong team collaboration in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- Nights, weekends, and holidays required
- Able to stand, move, bend, and stay active for long periods
- Comfortable working around heat and in close quarters
- Able to lift 50–75 lbs.
