Job Summary
The Crew Person is responsible for providing each guest with a positive experience, preparing quality food products according to standards, and maintaining a clean, pleasant, and safe restaurant environment. Essential functions include following guest service guidelines, accurately working assigned stations, ensuring food quality, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines, and maintaining cash control. Effective communication skills and the ability to perform various cleaning and operational tasks are necessary. Physical demands include standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 75 lbs., and working with heat and cleaning products. Familiarity with fast-paced environments is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.
Additional Requirements
- Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
