Job Summary
The Crew Person is responsible for delivering high-quality food products and ensuring a positive experience for guests. Key duties include following company guest service guidelines, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area, preparing and serving food, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, and performing assigned duties with effective communication. Physical demands include standing for long periods, lifting 50-75 lbs., and working in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.
- Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
