Job Summary
The Crew Person is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, preparing quality food products to company standards, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant. Essential functions include following guest service guidelines, stocking and cleaning work stations, ensuring food safety and sanitation, adhering to cash control procedures, and effectively communicating with various contacts. The role involves physical demands such as standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 75 lbs, and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
