Job Summary
The Crew Person is responsible for specific tasks within the restaurant, ensuring all guests receive a positive experience. Duties include providing SUPERSTAR Service, preparing quality food products, maintaining cleanliness, handling food according to safety procedures, and operating cash control guidelines. Communication skills and flexibility in work hours are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift 50-75 lbs. Candidates should be at least 16 years old and preferably have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.
