Job Summary
The Team Member, also referred to as the Crew Person, is accountable for providing guests with a positive experience and preparing quality food products. Responsibilities include following company guest service guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and safety in the restaurant, accurately working assigned stations, and adhering to food safety and cash control guidelines. Candidates must demonstrate effective communication skills and be able to handle physical demands of the job such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.
