Job Summary
The Crew Person is responsible for providing guests with a positive experience by preparing quality food products and maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment. Duties include following guest service guidelines, ensuring food safety, handling cash control, and communicating effectively. This position requires standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 75 lbs, and working in a fast-paced, tightly spaced kitchen environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Reliable transportation to work
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts
