Job Summary
The Crew Person is responsible for providing a positive experience for guests, preparing quality food products, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the restaurant. Responsibilities include following guest service guidelines to deliver exceptional service, managing assigned workstations efficiently, ensuring product quality, adhering to food safety practices, and communicating effectively with others. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 75 lbs, and working in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts
